A classic blend of chardonnay and pinot noir grapes hand-picked from the terraces of the Langhe vineyards. Treated using the classical method, this delicious sparkling wine is bottle fermented for at least 36 months. Refined and sophisticated on the palate for the customers who love traditional, robust sparkling wine.
Tasting note
Soft, morning sun yellow with a backdrop of fine and lasting bubbles. On the nose there is a mineral, citrus fruit driven scent and the palate is elegant with a long, crisp dry finish.
