ELÉM La Femme is an ambitious project for true wine lovers. a rose wine from the langhe, obtained from 100% grapes of the nebbiolo vine wisely cared by our enologists. The must put in the press, has a few hours maceration before pressing. The must obtained is decanted and fermented at controlled temperature for ten days; after the first draining of the wine it will stay on the yeasts for 4-5 months before being stabilized and bottled.
